[He just blinks at him. Give him his hand?]

No.

[That's...his hand.]

Then you're going to need to find something else for me to heal.

[Baby.]

[All Vegeta can think is, why can't he just heal himself...so worthless....]

[So he lifts his foot up.]

Here. You can heal this.

Fine.

[Krillin starts to concentrate and touches the foot, expelling a big burst of magic. He's trying more or less to just make a lot of magical noise...but Vegeta's foot probably doesn't hurt anymore.]

[Vegeta looks bored. His foot never hurt to begin with. But behind that stoic exterior, he's listening. Trying to smell for that rotted flesh of the hunters.]

Keep it up. Can't you do more than that?

[He pushes out more magic.]

We might wanna fly around a bit, try and get them to follow a trail.

So what, you're going to hold onto my foot as we fly around? [It's a good idea, and Vegeta might of taken it seriously had this been a life or death situation.] Great.

...fly higher than I am. Or give me something else. I dunno, find me a bird or something.

[Silently, he turns, looking around- he'll do exactly what Krillin has asked of him.

He spots a bird, and lifts his hand up imitating a pistol, and lets a tiny beam fly, right through its wing.]

There.

[Krillin blinks in shock and dives for the bird, catching it and shooting Grumpy a dirty look.]

...seriously?

I found your bird. [He stares Krillin down.] Well?

...you didn't have to shoot him.

[Now he sets to work, starting out into the jungle, healing the bird as he goes.]

[He doesn't answer Krillin, but instead lifts off the ground himself and will follow the monk so he can keep an eye out. He'd like to let him know if his magic was luring the dogs or not- so that they could group up as many as they could find. As they fly through the forest, he's starting to spot them moving through the trees, noting the distinct, awful odor attributed to them.]

Look. Do you see them? It's working. Let's move a bit slower so they can keep up, heheheh.

[Krillin keeps on floating along, slowing down as requested, and moving just out of reach, about twelve feet off the ground. His path is meandering, too.]

We'll get a whole lot of them this way. Man, I can totally hear them too. It's like I'm ringing a dinner bell.

[He looks back at all the dogs following them, and grins.]

It is. And it's the last dinner they'll ever see. Too bad. They aren't even going to get a taste.

[Some have given up after running for too long, but they still managed to attract enough of the shift hunters. After they've managed to gather quite a few of them by flying around the area, he heads back to their pit, and goes to float down right over the hole. He knows he doesn't really need to say anything to Krillin.

Because when they pounce, they'll move. That easy.]

[It really is. Krillin drifts on down to wait, but he does let go of the now rather healed, fat and sassy bird. It squawks indignantly in Vegeta's direction before flapping off into the woods.]

[He only gives it the tiniest glance as it shows its appreciation for being shot through the wing, soaring off. Turning his attention to the rustling of leaves and the soft padding of the hunters, he makes a note of how many were there. Seven, eight. There might be more, but he's not concerned. Floating there above the pit, he waits, until they finally show themselves- and charge at the duo, teeth bared.

Several come at once, and the prince doesn't move an inch until he can feel their breath on him as they pounce.

And he vanishes, in an instant, letting them fall to their demise.]

[Krillin does the same, his body seeming to disappear in an instant as the animals get close. Not planning on getting bitten today, it might hurt. And hovering there, looking down? There's a good many dogs just...down in the hole.

And one really, really big one that came in late, and was smart enough not to run into the hole.]

...well there's your big guy.

[Smirking, he floats back down to the ground. Unsheathing his sword, he'll quickly dispatch the dog without much trouble- it's not hard when you can move that fast and all one has to do is remove the head.

He looks back at Krillin, bored.]

There. That had better of been good enough for today, or they'll be hearing it from me. [Taking out a bunch of hunters in one go should be good enough, he thinks.]

[Krillin looks down in the hole at the snapping, biting horde, watching in morbid fascination as a few start biting the others and trying to get out.]

Alright, let's fill in the hole then.

[He takes his place on one side of the hole, aiming a palm down.]

[Without a word, he blasts the side of it, making that side collapse in and covering the dogs with massive amounts of dirt.]

Glad that's over with...

[It's a little weird, getting rid of enemies like that...but honestly those dogs are a real nightmare.]

And we get to come back and do it again tomorrow. And the rest of the week.

[Won't that be fun.]

Lovely. At...least it'll mean less trouble for us in the future.
